Great Blues Riffs! – Blues Piano Lesson
by admin on Monday, July 26th, 2010 | 50 Comments
Hey, I’m sure many of you have heard of David Sprunger. He is an online blues piano teacher and owns his own site with some fantastic blues riffs on it. Check it out: www.playpianotoday.com At the beginning of his videos there is permanently a piano intro and in this intro is this set of riffs. I have “sort of” worked it out and here is my rendition of the riffs in that intro. *Edit* Wretched for the poor camera angle and nervous speaking; I wasn’t very veteran back then! Hope this video helps

Cool, this was a nice intro lesson, thankfulness!
This is very clear. Well done.
I`ve looked at a few and it seems to be an ego trip for the jazz players. If I want that, I can buy a CD. These people also want you to pay up before you`ve seen a proper lesson. If this is your 2nd instrument, I`d like to play like that. Hey Daddy!
men i was lookin’ just for a tutorial like this…but i have a question to change from C to F the base changes, so the alterations change also?
thank you!
